River Breeze Resort (RBR) located in the northern region of Luzon Island, Philippines is a family owned resort developed to share the quiet breathtaking views and fresh summer breeze of the Pampanga region which is also well known for the best cuisine in the Philippines. Project Development Timeline
Phase I: Billiards Hall & Resto/Bar
This facility is projected to be operational by November 2024, and is planned to operate from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (initially). It will provide billiards access per hourly fee, local and international alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and some snack food.
As the full resort is in development, we will expand this facility into a full Bar Restaurant serving local and international food.
Phase II: Coffee Shop and Internet Café:
Designed to cater mainly for young adults, providing per hour internet service both with in-house computers or WIFI for their personal electronic devices.
Projected to be operational by the first quarter of 2025, this facility will offer coffee, tea, soft drinks, snack food, and more, all within a semi-outdoors environment with exceptional views of the surrounding nature.
Phase III: Function Hall:
The function Hall is designed to accommodate up to 200 people. It will be available for all kind of functions including: business/professional meetings or conferences, weddings, birthday parties, baptisms, family reunions, and more.
Projected availability is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2025. I will include a large parking area able to accommodate all function attendees.
Certainly, we can also accommodate large grouds on the extensive open area available, that can be used for these fiunctions until the building is available.
Phase IV: Swimming Pool / Picnic Area:
This is one of the most importand Phases of the resort development. Planning and design are currently in progress, we are looking to merge the natural beauty of the area, with a safe and functional swimming pool, and outdoor entertainment to suit both children and adults. We wan to include on this facility a picnic area with grills available where even visitors not using the swimming pool can also have a great time in a safe natural environment which will have a kids playground as well.
Phase V: Overnight Stay:
The initial development of this phase will consist of the two most common and cost effective overnight stay for local tourist: a Camping and RV areas. These two facilities will become available at the same time that Phase IV open for the general puclic.
At this point in the project, overnight stay visitors will have available all services and entertainment expected for a good time away from home in a safe and secure environment.
